Thank you!! I have no idea who the new person is haha. I was trying to draw a dude but I can understand the confusion with the long hair and Aileir being buff. Mainly because I like the idea of the males of the species being just as involved with the offspring. (Also, the baby is not hers. She would be a very bad parent XD)
Within the universe of her being a bodyguard I’m thinking that the dragons have developed independently of humans. So her main reaction is that these humans are under-powered. She likes to use dragon transformations to scare annoying humans? (the other dragons aren’t happy about that since it’s supposed to be a diplomatic mission)

“I thought humans used smiles as greetings.”
It is normal to switch between whichever form is more convenient at the time. I’d imagine time spent in either form is equal since the pros/cons are pretty equal:
thumbs/maneuverability but vulnerable vs wings/protection but huge
Both forms feel normal and so she misses either one if she is too long in the other form. That is a little boring of an answer but Aileir is simple woman. A bit of a herbo. She likes gold and hitting/biting things.
Sometimes she wishes someone would just throw a punch so they didn’t have to keep talking circles around things.
