Another one of the concepts for the tarot deck I talked about ages ago. I actually have a lot in various stages of sketches. I just don't have the energy to finish them. When in a captialist hellscape without the proper support for disabilities and all that. Thank you for your comments and tags. I love them even if I don't have the energy rn to respond <3
This one is a trans woman with grecian/roman symbology. I wish I remember which. If I dig through my refs I'm sure its there.
I decided to go with more of a furry/were situation for the lion because of the representation of inner strength and inner control, especially in reverse.
Image Description:
The Strength Tarot card depicting a fat trans woman with darker grecian coloring. She is wearing a toga-like outfit (fuck if I remember what it actually is) and sandals. She is half-kneeling with one hand braced against a spear-like weapon and her other hand dipped into water. In the water her reflection is a were-lion. In the background is a mountain-scape from rome (I think). She is surrounded by half garalands of flowers. Upright, the flower garland is Gladiolus. Reverse, it is Borage and Garlic.
