It has been so long since I've wanted to make art, I had to take advantage while my health was okay enough to let me and the muse was still present.

I wonder if I can again find that meditative way I used to engage with art. Where the act of creation was almost separate from the outcome. I need that meditative aspect more in my life I think. But that is extremely challenging to do.

Of course, that meditative state is a lot easier to get to when I'm not under the constant duress of living in an abelist end-stage capitalist society. Just in case anyone wants to pull that bull about starving artists and how we should just make art for love of art and not actually want a comfortable living.
